About Marcus Cremonese
Marcus is an award-wining biomedical illustrator who has worked exclusively for nearly two decades for Australian and international medical researchers, surgeons, professors and scientists. A recognised leading practitioner in his specialised field, Marcus spent almost 20 years at the University of NSW's Medical Illustration Unit. Currently Marcus works from his Rylstone studio on freelance projects from around the world. Marcus is a Registered Biomedical Illustrator and a member of the Australian Institute of Medical and Biological Illustration (AIMBI) . Before moving to Australia Marcus completed a BA, completed studies in anatomical drawing for artists, and worked as Deputy Art Director for the Brazilian Journal of Medicine (JBM).
