Driven by a life fueled by curiosity, courage and perseverance and backed by wonderful parents for 15 years I now enjoy my greatest personal adventure with my co-founder Philip and a great team in our own company Lemundo. Here I have the freedom and independence to explore and innovate in the broad ecommerce field and a team to challenge and help me grow personally. At the same time I can live up to my passion - creating impact and success for our clients, trying and learning new things like AI, automation, personalisation at scale, customer experience and developing brand new individual solutions. Through the years I developed a passion for complex products and services as well as the specialties of B2B and D2C businesses. Driving digital transformation for brands and manufacturers is a great opportunity for me to use my strengths, values and passion. Now as we enter a new era of AI, automation, personalisation at scale, first party data and new customer experiences I am thrilled to shape the transformation ahead. With our great team I enjoy being at the forefront of developments in ecommerce, bringing orientation and strategy to our clients along with great partners like Adobe and Google. Their products, especially Adobe Commerce, Magento, Mage OS and YouTube as well as Google Ads have supported our development throughout the years. I enjoy the many exchanges my role brings with it - be it with clients C-Level, partners, like minded individuals and also open and honest competitors with a similar mindset. Even more, I can apply our own experience from an agile organisation, change management and a modern leadership culture.
