Along with these tasks I motivate staff to meet KPI targets and up income and visitor numbers.A focus of new income has been to reshape the previously narrow event programme into an exciting and successful public programme to bring in more visitors and develop interesting and commercially viable ticketed events (such as Murder Mystery nights and Regency Balls), which is turn promote living history weekend which see an upturn of over 300% more visitors.
