Technology Support Specialist
CurrentBeing a Product Specialist & Tech Support at Bose includes using problem solving, as well as product knowledge on a daily basis when dealing with overseas customers, to resolve issues with their Smart Wi-Fi and Bluetooth products that are in their homes. A typical issue would have me go through the entire set up and troubleshoot by asking key questions to rule out certain steps we will take, for example, if a product has intermittent audio, it's more than likely a Wi-Fi connection issue; so I would immediately go into looking at why the product is struggling to gain a satisfactory connection to their network. Not to mention, there is a need to use various data inputting systems to record what goes on between each call, for each individual customer, so it is imperative to follow data legislation and laws carefully.
