Vice President - Regional Banking Manager
CurrentI am responsible for all functions and staff within the branch with assets totaling nearly $1.67 billion dollars. Management skills is a critical part of my job, directly coaching and developing my Operations Manager, Senior Premier Bankers, Small Business Banker and Personal Banker. Along with my Operations Manager, I oversee the leadership of Tellers in order to create a strong team environment. I develop and cultivate long-term business and consumer relationships to ensure branch deposit and investment growth, customer retention and regulatory compliance. In addition, I manifest an environment that promotes Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, by providing an atmosphere conducive to employee retention, career mobility and a solid work/life balance.
