I oversee the running of the Company from each scaffolding component being serviced to organising and supervising personnel at office and project levels. I encompass the whole project from liaising with project management teams to initiating commencement of work through to completion. I ensure that the Company is complying with up to date Health and Safety Legislation's and compile comprehensive risk and method statements for each project. We use a computer generated, bespoke scaffolding package to manage our contracts which starts from the initial quotation to the final invoice. My other duties include the costing of projects, inspections of scaffolds and meetings with clients.
