The Marriott School of Management's MBA program consistently ranks in the top 25 and is proven for providing a quality and rigorous education. As a business curriculum developer, I built original content in order to optimize time in the classroom. The following are some of my accomplishments in this role:• Created original 45+ pages of interactive content to maximize efficacy of learning for MBA students • Cooperated with SMEs in optimizing content delivery and prototyped/evaluated content with volunteers• Planned implementation of additional content to maximize time inside and outside the classroom

For most college students, deciding on a major can be daunting. Many students don't even know where to begin and can be easily overwhelmed with available information. In order to more effectively help BYU's Student Advisement Office reach more students, myself and two other volunteer instructional designers built a prototype into order to clarify the process of choosing a major. We interviewed and surveyed 50+ former/current students and multiple faculty members. We designed and built multiple iterations of a final deliverable that received positive feedback and proved useful in filtering students towards the available resources the university has to offer.

Homebase is an international colligate student support service that helps J-1 and F-1 students and scholars transition to U.S. schools. Much of the support is given pre-arrival and throughout their college experience to lessen the need for university advisement. Homebase walks international students through the steps in coming to the U.S., maintaining their visa, and successfully adjusting to college life. My team and I worked with the CEO to identify key product improvements, common customer pain points, and monetization opportunities. Here are a few of the things that were accomplished:• Coordinated with cross-functional team and executives to evaluate and implement 6 key areas of product improvement• Surveyed and evaluated data from potential users from 9 different countries and 10+ universities• Created monetization feature through affiliate partners resulting in forecasted increase of revenue by 6% per user
