From 2018 until now, I have worked as a shop assistant in several Coop Supermarkets around Stockholm.As my first job, Coop has been a significant learning experience in customer service at a high level, as well as placing great emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving to ensure a safe and pleasant work environment.With my 5 years in the industry, I have handled most situations that may arise within the store's confines. This includes taking on significant responsibility without the presence of the store manager, opening/closing the store, and planning and streamlining daily tasks.In addition to my current weekend position at Coop, I am heavily focused on my studies in economics.
