I am a molecular biologist with a focus set on technology and biochemical assays. I have experience in NGS, single cell technology, medical genetics and affinity Proteomics.I recently worked with single cell proteomics in a SciLifeLab facility. For detecting proteins in single cells, using the proximity extension assay (PEA). We also analyzed RNA in combination with protein detection from the same single cell.I got my PhD within studies of the loss of chromosome Y in blood cells in old men with a focus on method development but also biological investigation.
