My life's passion is working with young people in the arts and creative industries via inclusion in decision making and championing the voice of young people by giving them public platforms for their art and ideas. I have done this in my executive and board roles at the Norfolk and Norwich festival, Dartington Hall Trust and at the Roundhouse, as well as with the National College of the Creative Industries, PRS Foundation, Creative UK, Cultural Learning Alliance and the Arts Council England.
