As the Lead IT Director (ServiceNow Delivery) at CVS Health, I manage the end-to-end delivery of ITSM, Catalog Services, Portal, HRSD, Virtual Agent, and Procurement Services Management, leveraging my expertise in ServiceNow and program/project delivery.In my current role, I oversee the entire delivery team, consisting of product owners, ServiceNow developers, business analysts, testers, and scrum masters, and ensure that we deliver high-quality products and services that align with the business goals and requirements of CVS Health. I also collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise to understand their ServiceNow needs and develop solutions that enhance their efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, I am responsible for project estimation, budget management, roadmap creation, ServiceNow product support, and business relationship management.
