Responsible for all operational soft services on various customer locations throughout the Netherlands. In this job I´m responsible for all daily operations, managing a team of 25 employees indirect and 2 Sr. facility Coordinators direct, over 8 locations (90.0000 square meters) and more than 25 suppliers. Frequent meetings with the Operational Management of the suppliers, meetings with the contact managers from the customer who are responsible for FM issues locally and centrally. Also keeping audits and reviews on locations and work together with the HSE Manager in visiting locations for reviews and checks, even works together with Project Management for FM projects on all locations and the follow up on incidents/complaints etc.
