• Manages multiple, small to medium-sized projects: Adapts and applies the BlueMetal approach to meet project scope, schedule and budget expectations as well as client business drivers. Owns development and management of the project plan, project communications and project deliverables. Oversees project estimating and project staffing. Adheres to established processes for managing scope, issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle. Provided overall department leadership in the preparation of technical manuals, training materials and services to include: Preparing inputs to Program Planning and Control (PP&C) personnel for cost and schedule performance for tasks associated with Technical manual data development, participates in internal program reviews and provide status reports of Technical manual development.Participated in logistics portion of technical interchange meetings, develop program planning and control of project, and validate the usability of developed courseware and multimedia products and participate in guidance conferences, in-process reviews, alpha/beta testing and dry-run reviews
