Through my 8 years of construction experience, I have held positions as assistant project manager, construction superintendent, and project engineer. Some projects I have worked on are:• UTC: Pratt & Whitney World Headquarters and Engineering Building Project: East Hartford, CT- A new construction core & shell 5-story project, 420,000 SF, with interior fit out. Projected cost $130MM. Completed September 2017. • BioMed Regeneron, Tarrytown, NY- A new construction core & shell project, 279,000 SF, consisting of two connecting four story pharmaceutical laboratories and offices. Attached to a 5-story parking garage. Project cost $122 MM. Completed 2014. • Carter Winstanley Alexion: 100 College Street, New Haven, CT: A new construction core & shell 14-story project, 430,000 SF, with a glass bridge on level 8 connecting to a 10-story parking garage topped by roof garden. Project cost $115 MM. Completed 2015. • New York Presbyterian Hospital Columbia University AHU M10 Renovation: M10 project consisted of removing an existing AHU, in the penthouse of the children’s hospital, that served 2 research labs. While project was on-going, both research labs needed to maintain a certain temperature. After removal of the existing unit, coordinated crane operation with NYPH, NYPD, NYC Building Officials, with 13 picks containing new AHU sheet metal and piping to the penthouse for reassembly and commissioning. Final cost $2.3 MM. Completed Fall 2018. • ESPN: Bristol, CT: A 20,675 SF renovation project, installation of two 82,000-lbs substation to handle the electrical load of newly installed dry coolers on roof. This work was to provide adequate cooling to their TV broadcast computer room while ESPN was still broadcasting. Project cost $8.2 MM. Completed Spring 2018.• Cornell Scott Hill Health Center: New Haven, CT: Upgraded health care clinic and pharmacy while providing safe and clean construction during normal business operation. Built a temporary pharmacy in clinic parking lot to house existing pharmacy while construction was ongoing. Coordinated construction, inspections, and closeout on time and under budget.
