Current• Currently leading a team of 4 developers on the re-design and rewrite of our current client server PL/SQL and web-based applications to ASP.NET in C# and Angular2 using MVC methodology in mixed database environment (MS SQL Server and Oracle). Utilizing RESTful calls for GET and POST of data to an offsite vendor data repository.• Researched different options for implementation of source control that would work with the ASP.NET rewrite project as well as the company’s current legacy systems. Implemented Microsoft’s cloud-based source control solution Team Services from scratch in an environment where no source control previously existed.• Trained a team of 10 developers on how to use the new source control/build/release management environment in Team Services using the GitFlow methodology.• Coordinated a plan and implemented the update of existing packages and scripts to meet updated ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases) code specifications with a team of three other developers. • Lead developer and analyst in redesign of the current Provider payment system to offer EFT as a payment option to comply with HIPAA requirements under NACHA regulations. Completed the job one month ahead of schedule.• Analysis and documentation of current and new EFT payments systems including database redesign, flow charting the new process and recreating the database ERD.• Modified and streamlined UNIX shell script and Oracle SQL script jobs to work with the new HIPAA/NACHA compliant EFT payment system. This included consolidating the check printing and register report jobs into a single database package that works with all the different programs (i.e. Explanation Of Benefits).• Designed and created an enrollment web form for providers to sign up to receive payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for EOB’s, capitation and incentives utilizing jQuery, CSS and Ajax/JSON.
