Providing technical engineering subject matter expertise, technical advice/guidance, mentorship, policy/process development, direction, and representation to support the Business and Enterprise Systems PEO portfolio of web-based IT Logistics Systems and Business Systems Programs; as well as, support Agile software development activities, Cloud migrations, CI/CD utilization, RMF security packages and activities, and mobile app development.Leads teams in utilizing a DevSecOps or CI/CD pipeline using primary open source tools like Jenkins, Maven, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, CheckMarx, etc., e.g. pulls source code from a common repository and builds and promotes to CloudOne or other production/hosting locations *Facilitates the migration of legacy systems to cloud-based hosting, e.g., Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure *Serves as the principal technical liaison to the customers/users for team’s activities *Provides technical oversight to the technical staff supporting the Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate at Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex *Leads and supports agile software development and mobile app development *Leads and represents PEO BES in activities to define, develop, and implement enterprise IT systems development policy/process/requirements and/or IT services at the DoD, AF, AFMC, AFLCMC, PEO and Division levels *Standardization and accelerating delivery of Enterprise warfighting IT capabilities *Supports RMF security packages and activities *Assists in the utilization of automation in every process/activity.

Performs work to plan, analyze, and evaluate engineering and technical efforts used to define total weapons systems/subsytem requirements, translate requirements into design criteria, evaluate alternative design approaches, and develop system specifications in the area of High Frequency Global Communication Systems(HFGCS). Establishes preliminary design and performance characteristics, and engineering responsibility extends through development and final approval for production and service use. Participated in the development of contract documentation, review and assessment of contract proposals, invoice and billing reviews, and monitored contract performance on at a major delivery order under the current SCOPE Command Contract and has exhibited sound judgement and organizational skills needed for oversight and management of the contract administration activities.

Responsible for performing duties such as typing documents, filing documents, monitoring the computer labs, monitoring of class attendance by student-athletes, transporting documents on campus, answering telephone lines and assisting with the setup of AEC programs.

Prepare and teach percussion parts for various performances, particularly for the Alabama A&M University Marching Band program. I also teach students how to play percussion instruments, such as bass drums, snare drums, cymbals and tenor drums

Sept. 15, 2008-Dec. 3, 2008*Shadowing more experienced engineers and performing basic duties and taking on active roles in refurbishment projects on the A1 test stand in preparation for J2X testing in the 2010 timeframe. I observed the test crew in action on the A2 test stand for future tests to help understand what each system does and how the overall process of engine testing works. I accomplished fabricating 15 strain gage cards, Passed an 8-week Rocket Engine Course, and I also Fabricated 24 E-type Thermocouple cables.
