HighlightsI joined as part of DGF NZ’s graduate programme and gained broad insight into the organisation. I adapted to new roles every six months supporting projects and processes in Customer Service, Operations and Finance departments.I was seconded to Toronto, Canada for eight weeks where I supported customer service and operations initiatives. I presented comprehensive training, communication & engagement material for DHL Canada and Australia invoicing departments to improve system knowledge (SAP) and embed sustainable change.
