Successfully delivered an entrepreneurship/business education programme to local young adults in rural Tanzania. Aided in the start up of 9 small businesses through coaching of local young adults.Improved local livelihoods working in a diverse team through enhancing the local economic environment. Led the volunteer team for several weeks with responsibility for coordinating the group, ensuring our work was organised, efficient and effective, while keeping the team safe in a high risk environment. Managed funds and negotiated agreements with local authorities.
