As Service Manager, I deliver innovative and expert facilities maintenance through a team of highly skilled tradesmen in both mechanical and electrical disciplines. I have access to a full construction depart including in-house engineers to deliver both minor works and full design and construct projects.

I am currently acting branch manager of the largest combined HVAC and electrical maintenance business in the ACT. I am responsible for most of the critical conditions and preservation sites in the ACT. My region includes a quarter of NSW. I maintain client relations and contract negotiations through regular site visits and scheduled meetings. I am a point of technical support for my team and developed quotations for my them. I manage the HSE reporting for my branch and chair the monthly meetings. I developed and am answerable to budget forecasts for the branch. I maintain a loyal workforce, through it's skill base I have opened the business into a larger share of the market.

I managed projects of up to $600k and an annual turnover of over $2m. I had teams of up to 20 tradesmen and various contractors throughout these projects. These projects include the NECA award winning Queanbeyan HV Capacitor Bank and the NECA nominated NISHI Building 400kw PV Solar project.

I maintain the Honeywell HVAC controls systems in a number of key sites including the new parliament house, national gallery, the Museum of Australia and Therapeutic Goods Australia.
