Developed Equity Finance desk in the bank from almost scratch. Educated all the banking area with SBL (GMSLA-agreement); operations, corporate actions, complience, legal, audit, custody, business support, IT, new clients and internal asset management etc... Responsible for the whole desk and turned the p&l during this period with +3100% with global SBL and yield enhancement. Opened trading possibilities in Danske Bank's subordinated scandic banks in Finland, Norway and Sweden. Traded Buy/sell backs in Denmark with the major largest domestic banks under the GMRA-agree- ment.

Traded all scandic and global stocks for SBL and yield enhancement under the GMSLA-agreement. Became responsible for all the div trades and economic matters as billing, value and asset manage- ment clients. Created a big client stock and supported the banks prop desk and external clients. Hel- ped out on new IT solutions for the SBL-trading system the bank had. Also traded scandic repo's when the team joined the repo group as a joint venture, but in a very small scale.Responsible for the team's Adr-trading from the New York branch trading.

Supported market makers, sales traders and all branches with prices, amendments and trades that needed to be corrected. Was in charge of the banks small order book for the A-list quoted stocks in Sweden. Learned the pressaure of being overhvelmed with job and long hours. Also this time was the rise and fall of the IT crash, wich was very interesting and educationally.

Cleared buy/sell transactions for larger companies in the swedish settlement system. Tranferring stocks from accounts to depots. Also became responsible for all domestic corporate actions for all custody accounts (depot accounts) clients in the bank. Learned how to meet clients over the phone, support all the banks branches in corporate action transactions and knowing the swedish settlement system (VPC).
