My role as a Business Analyst is to primarily work with specific applications to provide support, compiling and conducting appropriate testing, validating production implementation, creating and maintaining accurate documentation, and providing end-user support. I also partner with business unit stakeholders and technical staff to identify business systems issues and solutions for changes to our business processes, policies, and information systems.

My job as a part time Operations Support Technician I. is to set up, operate, maintain and repair equipment used to enhance events, such as microphones, video recorders, and projectors. I also assist students, staff, and faculty in their daily technical routines.

In this position, I took on several project management roles. The objective of my job held then was taking on the role to enhance our eBusiness tool by making it as user friendly as possible. My role as an eBusiness developer (knowledge engineer in databases) at the facility was to handle and place engineered information in their selector and configurator databases. This software is created and maintained for our customers to order and customized their pumps and or accessories.

I have helped implement Pentair from imputing manual time cards into an excel spreadsheet to a more efficient timekeeper (Kronos). We implemented from JD Edwards to SAP, SAP back to JD Edwards. I have successfully helped transit their Accounts Payable from several business units to one central location. Once that was finished, we transit our payroll in the same manner. During those transactions, I have been a key individual involved in testing and improving the process for other business organization in the corporation to follow those procedures. I worked as a liaison (business analyst) between our accounting and IT team by communicating about product needs and the steps how to implement them with a technical solution.

My position there was to direct and lead all production activities in the facility to meet and exceed plant goals in quality, output, and customer care.
