Building on my extensive industry experience, I am the Deputy Director - Healthcare and Academia, for the Asia Pac region for Alumni Global, leading Executive Search processes throughout Australia in the Health, Higher Education and For Purpose sectors.Having previously worked as a Chief Operating Officer and General Manager in a broad range of sectors including Not-for-profit, Health, Medical Research and Higher Education, I have key strengths in leadership, financial and operational management, stakeholder negotiation, strategic planning, relationship building, project and change management and business development in both start-up and established organisations. I have played a key role in donor stewardship and have secured major gifts on behalf of the organisations for which I have worked. I have a proven track record of forging effective relationships both at an individual and organisational level, managing highly productive teams and individuals and negotiating agreements that deliver positive outcomes. As General Manager – Operations for GIVIT, I lead the Operational, Finance and Human Resources functions of the organisation, ensuring judicious management and governance to deliver a high quality, industry leading and low risk provision of GIVIT’s services.Previously, I performed the role of Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary at QCMRI, leading the operations of the Institute and ensuring it met its regulatory and statutory obligations to the ACNC and ASIC.
