 Initiate meetings and maintain superior relationships with CEOs, COOs, CFOs and other membership decision-makers of Indiana companies with the intent of securing an Indiana Chamber of Commerce membership. Maintain knowledge of current business and state legislative issues while continually understanding the Chamber’s positions on these issues and other legislative initiatives at the Statehouse.

 Responsible for generating and retaining VIP revenue; including box suite, season ticket, hospitality events and other revenue generating programs. Actively market Premium Seating opportunities to new clients and responsible for renewing contracts for existing clients. Developed and executed business plan for the VIP Premium Seat Program including: pricing, advertising/marketing and expense outline. Developed and maintained client relationships in keeping with the standards of the VIP experience. Responsible for overall management and quality control of VIP Club operations in conjunction with venue management team. Developed and managed operating expense budget and adhered to budget parameters. Responsible for management of VIP ticket distribution and accounts receivable for the VIP program.

 Make investigative appointments and gather information about prospective companies, organizations and season ticket holders. Meet with key decision-makers and learn their business development and client entertainment needs. Deliver effective presentations to show potential customers how PS&E can satisfy their needs through various combinations of Pacers hospitality, including suites, season tickets, club seating, partial plans, employee group nights, etc. Deliver accurate close on the sale by executing contract, billing, and collecting revenue. Assist Inside Sales staff on presentations for new business. Act as primary contact with premium Suite and Club Seat clients and service these clients on a daily basis, including up to and during events held at Conseco Fieldhouse. Actively renew current Suite and Club Seat License agreements and cultivate new relationships for the organization including season ticket, group ticket and Suite sales. Resolve on-site issues related to concerns of premium clients during events held at Conseco Fieldhouse. Enhance and build relationships with clients in efforts to renew and expand existing business.

 Coordinate event preparation and event-day management of major sporting events, concerts, family shows, receptions, special events and programs held at Conseco Fieldhouse. Provide weekly event overview documents for all venue personnel to ensure successful communication and production of the event in relation to the various entities involved throughout the venue. Assist with the coordination and service of constituent and spectator needs in conjunction with special events. Event Supervisor for special events, decision maker for situations that may arise surrounding event and/or building concerns.
