We aim to ensure that Operational Performance is seen as one of the teams KPI’s and in turn common goals are set towards performance. In addition to conducting store visits I have taken to the opportunity to make additional contributions towards the performance of my team by introducing and coaching new members of the Travelex Operations Team, creating and distributing Anti Money Laundering Quizzes for use by Travelex Operations and being personally involved with the companies Process Improvement Team. My involvement with the Process Improvement Team has allowed me to gain a greater understanding of the improvements required from our internal procedures and how Travelex makes changes to ensure the future growth of the business.Communication plays a key role within our team and during my time as a member of the Travelex Operations Team I have gained confidence and improved my personal skills to ensure they contribute towards the company’s success. I am experienced in communicating in a variety of ways using; Visit Reports, KYC Performance Trackers, Coaching Sessions and by conducting Operational Presentations to a variety of audiences- from Front Line Sales Assistants to the Head of Compliance.
