As the Director of Cultivation at Stability Growers, a leading cannabis producer in the region, I oversee the entire cultivation process from seed to sale, ensuring the highest quality and yield of our products. I manage a team of over 50 staff, including growers, technicians, and supervisors, and I am responsible for developing and implementing operating budgets, standard operating procedures, and best practices for cultivation.I have more than five years of experience in the cannabis industry, and I have a passion for growing and developing this emerging field. I have a strong background in insect management, having worked as an entomologist and a pest control specialist before joining Stability Growers. I have successfully implemented integrated pest management strategies that have reduced the use of pesticides and increased the organic and natural appeal of our products. I also have a proven track record of building and coaching high performance teams, elevating those around me to sharpen and hone our collective efforts. I am a problem solver and a solutions-oriented leader, who thrives in high-stress environments and adapts to changing market demands. My mission is to deliver the best cannabis products to our customers, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and sustainability among our staff and stakeholders.
