Cultivation Operations:● Oversee the creation and implementation of all cultivation operations, plans, policies, and procedures - including propagation, plant care, IPM, health and safety operations, harvest, etc.● Create and maintain a transparent, open, and cooperative working environment in which all employees understand their duties and how individual duties affect company goals.● Create and implement best practices for plant health, paying close attention to different cultivars’ specific needs.● Collect and analyze data on specific cultivars from seed to sale in order to help owners with strategic decision making.● Manage the staff, responsible for all plants, equipment, and personnel.● Create and execute periodic internal audits to ensure company, state, and environmental regulations are met.● Create and implement a thorough training program for all cultivation personnel on plant propagation, plant care, plant harvest, and compliance. The training program includes a clear career path.● Experiment with new growing techniques, breeding, and new cultivars in order to stay current and maximize yield/quality.Facilities/Building Management:● Select, oversee installation, and train staff on the operation of the cultivation facility’s automated tools: including grow room temperature controls, lighting, fertigation, light deprivation, and other infrastructure.● Monitor climate equipment and data – repair, adjust, and maintain as necessary to ensure proper functionality and maximum quality/yield.● Develop inspection process to identify maintenance and repair needs

● Oversee cannabis crops and facilities (manage a large-scale production facility)● Develop cultivation plans and assign duties● Organize and document the daily process of transplanting, cloning, defoliation and trimming of plants● Ensure the growth requirements of cannabis plants are consistently met (lighting, soil PH, nutrients, etc.● Ensures SOP's are established, approved and followed in daily processes● Apply indoor farming methods that increase yields● Lead maintenance operations (including disposing waste and preventing contamination)● Diagnose and resolve plant health issues like mold, mildew or other infestations● Maintain exceptional attention to detail to achieve consistently high quality and yield● Work directly with the Director of Cultivation, Cultivation Inventory manager and Sales to ensure the quantity, mix and yield of strains planted and produced will support sales goals and market needs.● Provide daily updates to the Cultivation Inventory Manager on status of harvest and dry rooms● Ensure legal compliance of cultivation procedures are enforced● Manage inventory and budgets related to marijuana farming (including equipment, security and HVAC systems)● Supervise and coach employees who tend to the plants (e.g. cannabis trimmers)● Inspect quality of harvest

● Supports the Director of Cultivation in various ways such as planting, trimming, watering and pruning plants.● Maintains the cleanliness of growing areas and may assist in monitoring and documenting plant growth.
