From a young age, I discovered my deep-rooted interest in the construction industry. Even during my school days, I was already engaged with the world of construction, working alongside friends and even taking Construction as a GCSE course to further nurture my passion.after leaving school I dove headfirst into a construction apprenticeship, which became the foundation of my love for landscaping. Over the course of approximately four years, I was self-employed, taking on various construction and landscaping projects, honing my skills and gaining invaluable experience in the field.My path took an exciting turn when I joined the Royal Engineers, an experience that exposed me to military engineering and construction on a grand scale. During my time with the Royal Engineers, I acquired not only invaluable construction skills but also leadership, discipline, and problem-solving abilities that have served me well throughout my career.After leaving the army, I transitioned into the civilian workforce, where I found my home at Urban Landscapes. I began as a laborer, working eagerly to learn the ins and outs of the Company. Over the years, my dedication and determination propelled me through the ranks. I had the privilege of being promoted to a Team Manager, where I had the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of my own.Currently, I serve as the Operations Coordinator at Urban Landscapes, overseeing projects, resources, and logistics. In this role, I bring together my extensive experience and the skills acquired from my military background to ensure that every project we undertake is executed with precision and efficiency.My passion for the construction and landscaping industry remains as strong as ever. I thrive on turning ideas into reality, creating environments that not only meet but exceed expectations. I'm committed to continued growth, both personally and professionally, and I'm always open to networking and collaboration within this dynamic field.
