Key responsibilities include monitoring of and responding to home, business, financial and industrial alarms, ensuring efficient and timely best outcomes for clients. First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, applying a sound level of interpersonal communication - written and oral - while working in stressful/sensitive situations.Work effectively within a team environment to achieve business objectives in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. Ability to navigate multiple software applications and learn new technologies/applications in an ever changing environment.

Procurement of materials from suppliers with objectives to minimise inventory while maintaining efficient production within supply chain. Establish reliable sources of supply at cost effective values while meeting required design specifications and quality requirements.
