• Definition of organizational structures and employee profiles as well as recruitment, qualification and further development of all employees• Designing and implementing improved processes or operational policies• Set clear objectives, evaluate progress and instil a culture with focus on team work, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues

• Support business units with requirements of new product developments and existing product enhancements• Maintain documentations for all support activities including product development, enhancement, engineering.• Provide product trainings to KUKA countries and customers on a global base.• Evaluate and analyze complex customer problems, identify root causes and derive resolutions.• Develop knowledge bases and FAQs for product support activities.• Document support activities, customer issues and resolutions for reference purposes.• Interface between R&D, quality and Product/Portfolio Management in regards of customer complaints and product requirements

• Oversee internal processes and procedures to ensure a quality standard regarding DIN EN ISO 9001/14001 • Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actions, based on collected data• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control measures• Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback• Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met• Lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
