Marcus Boyd is the owner of GM Enterprise which is based out of Courtland, Virginia. He was raised in Decatur Georgia, where he picked up free styling in ciphers at school and began writing songs. At the Age of 16 he relocated to Atlanta, GA. Here he entered and won a few mc battles and hooked up with local producers and mc's which led to recording his first mix tape and performing his first couple of sets. Shortly after moving to Atlanta, Marcus a.k.a. Gameface started work on his production company GM Enterprise. GM Enterprise is an independent music label under affiliation of Universal Records. Marcus Boyd is a Hip Hop/Neo Soul Artist as well as a songwriter and producer. He continues to gain fans in the community by performing at local church and public events. He stands on a platform of giving back to the community through our local youth. He motivates by giving words of wisdom that will inspire the youth to aim high at their dreams and to stay in school, while promoting the idea of never letting one person stop their dream and continue to move forward. GM Enterprise has managed to remain the only consistently active crew in the Decatur rap community. They've put on a lot of successful hip hop shows in Decatur since 2004. Marcus has been blessed with the chance to produce New York Legendary rappers like Sadat X, Craig G, Dungeon Family, and SOM Lavish Life just to name a few.GM Enterprise recently shot a music video at a local bowling alley, Station One and other local businesses in the Courtland area. The video is set to air on Fuse TV.
