I worked at Synapse to build my customer service skills were i achieved being able to Talk to New and Existing Customers being able to build rapport, also being able to Train new staff to build there skills as well as mine. I achieved my NVQ in Customer service 1,2,3 Levels i did all stages and passed with a fast track 12 week rather than 16 Month all because i know the tactics in selling any product.
