Network Operations Center Technician
Current- Responded to alerts, tickets, and related requests as a member of a 24x7 network operations team. Primary activities included first-level troubleshooting, escalation to appropriate resources, and ticket documentation.
- Operated and maintained network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls through remote access and dispatching field support teams. (>8000 devices)
- Opened tickets and worked with 3rd party carriers and technicians for remote repair.
- Communicated situational awareness to leadership, customers, and associated stakeholders.
- Performed configuration tasks through a ticketed change management process.
