Working as part of a team of engineers, people and technical skills were required to meet the needs of a demanding customer base as well as provide support for fellow colleagues. I was also required to participate in implementing and supporting local / enterprise technologies projects as well as the weekly over seeing of Bank of England (Office of national statistics) press release competing with the likes of Sky, BBC & Bloomberges. Projects :Assistance with the role out of Ms Windows 7 platform across the Thomson Reuters U.K sites.Assistance with the role out of Thompson Reuters Eikon system across the Thomson Reuters EMEA sites.Setup & support Thomson Reuters journalists’ & photographers for major European political & sporting events.Virtualization of various Thomson Reuters backend end legacy servers.Key Responsibilities: • Provide 3rd level engineering support to Editorial Group and their clients.
