Marcus has overseen over 850 projects in the last 12 years and has huge range of experience of new build, refurbishment and conservation projects.In terms of conservation and historic work, Marcus has experience of working on some of England's most architecturally important and prestigious buildings. He served his apprenticeship working under Ted Goddard providing CDM services and specialist H&S advice to the Palace of Westminster, where Goddard Consulting were the preferred CDM service provider for projects at the Houses of Parliament from 2003 - 2010. Since then he has worked at Kenwood House, The British Library, The National Theatre, The Chapter House at Westminster Abbey, The Union Chapel Islington, The Cliveden Estate (National Trust), Osborne Bay (Isle of Wight / English Heritage) and various other Grade 1 listed buildings.Marcus has worked on innovative and exciting new build schemes such as the 1000 bed Park Plaza Hotel on Westminster Bridge (completed in 2010) and the 16 storey 300 bed Motel 1 scheme in Manchester, designed by Hodder and Partners.
