Covering mechanical engineeringand operational functions, ensuring all elements were suitable to support a scalable production business.- Spearheaded the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to enhance Dexory's production capabilities for autonomous warehousescanning robots. Successfully increased production output from one unit per week to three units per week by implementing a modern 'make-to-stock'production approach throughout the value stream. This included mechanical drawing reviews, part numbering and revisioning, reliable multiple vendorsupply chain, goods-in inspection, inventory management, production planning, quality documentation and inspection and fault management.- Lead a cross-functional team in the implementation of the production strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and timelines.- Implemented new processes and procedures aimed at improving product quality, laying the groundwork for future ISO9001 certification.- Restructured and effectively managed a diverse operational workforce of 20 employees across multiple functions including Electrical, Assembly,Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance, as well as other key stakeholders such as talent acquisition and procurement.- Lead the scoping project to define a digital manufacturing system, incorporating PLM & MES with the ability to harness cradle to grave digital threads andutilise the data generated improving quality throughout the business.

Managing ZeroAvia’s industry 4.0 production facility project, to build hydrogen electric powertrains for commercial aircraft, at scale. - Gathering factory requirements, from machine tools to utilities- Liaising with process owners and key stakeholders to develop process flows and requirements for manufacture and test- Liaising with and managing supply chain partners on multi-million pound equipment, services and development.- Managing external consultancy firms - Development and management of timelines and resource - Proficient in the use of agile tools such as MS teams, Jira, Confluence, Office365. - Detailed understanding of ISA95 (PLM, MES, ERP) systems- Manufacturing Engineering and Circular Economy

- Manage and lead the production team to produce high integrity bespoke battery systems for aviation and defense, working exclusively to the design data issued by the design authority in accordance with aviation standards- Ensure full traceability in accordance with AS9100 and Part 21G regulations.- Creation of electronic documentation, to record build process using MS Office, Jira, and Confluence.- Manage the production schedule, while in constant contact with project management.- Control and issue of work orders and travelers- Raise non-conformance reports, and investigate with engineering using 8D methodology- Be accountable for the release of products intended for flight

Electroflight is a technology and engineering services business specialising in high integrity, bespoke battery systems for aerospace and defence.My Role here is to lead the battery build team in all aspects of the mechanical and electrical assembly of the energy storage systems that are designed and built here at Electroflight as well as engineering liaison. As aviation regulations state, we must demonstrate full traceability, I have implemented various systems to achieve this, based on my experience gained in top level motorsport working in an ISO9001 environment. As such we are well on our way to gaining AS9100 accreditation.

6 month contract position to assemble a prototype run of electric propulsion batteries. Bringing high end motor racing experience allowed me to make the build process more efficient while building up the traceability profile. Converted from contractor to full time after 5 months and promoted to Senior Build Technician .
