Successfully increased production output from one unit per week to three units per week by implementing a modern 'make-to-stock'production approach throughout the value stream. This included mechanical drawing reviews, part numbering and revisioning, reliable multiple vendorsupply chain, goods-in inspection, inventory management, production planning, quality documentation and inspection and fault management.- Lead a cross-functional team in the implementation of the production strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and timelines.- Implemented new processes and procedures aimed at improving product quality, laying the groundwork for future ISO9001 certification.- Restructured and effectively managed a diverse operational workforce of 20 employees across multiple functions including Electrical, Assembly,Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance, as well as other key stakeholders such as talent acquisition and procurement.- Lead the scoping project to define a digital manufacturing system, incorporating PLM & MES with the ability to harness cradle to grave digital threads andutilise the data generated improving quality throughout the business.

Electroflight is a technology and engineering services business specialising in high integrity, bespoke battery systems for aerospace and defence.My Role here is to lead the battery build team in all aspects of the mechanical and electrical assembly of the energy storage systems that are designed and built here at Electroflight as well as engineering liaison. As aviation regulations state, we must demonstrate full traceability, I have implemented various systems to achieve this, based on my experience gained in top level motorsport working in an ISO9001 environment. As such we are well on our way to gaining AS9100 accreditation.
