Responsible for the national marketing, distribution, sale and operations (including consumer helpdesk) of Student Leap Card for the Republic of Ireland; main relationship manager to the NTA. Led team of 3 direct reports and 7 indirect reports – and managed team of 40+ persons per Roadshow. Ran 10 nationwide Roadshows – held bi-annually – circa 140 activation days across 35 sites over 4 weeks per Roadshow. Main activities included hiring the Roadshow Crews (30-50 persons), making campus bookings, planning and executing marketing campaign, planning and over-seeing the day-to-day operations including stand set-up and queue management, agent liaison, cash collection and accountability, transport, and the collation and reporting of the results for internal and audit purposes.Won new brand partnership contracts & offerings with DID Electrical, Deliveroo, Just Eat, VANS and Ted Baker; managed (and widened) the Brand Partnership programme for the Student Leap Card overall; built stronger relationships with existing brands (Boots, McDonalds, Costa Coffee, AIB Bank) - managed all contracts and regularly presented key results and insights back to client brands.Appointed and managed network of SLC sales distribution agents nationwide (20 agents).Commissioned regular research to gain insights and inform strategy. Developed brand strategy and brand plans – and executed agreed plans to budget.Worked with key agencies to deliver across ATL/BTL, Digital, Media, Packaging & Experiential.Activated the sponsorship assets across cider & beer – negotiated, developed strategy & plans and evaluated all sponsorship properties foe ROI, including Bulmers Comedy, Bulmers Live-sponsored Tall Ships event, Beer & Food Tasting Experience at Taste of Dublin, and Forbidden Fruit.Led a cross functional team to execution of all aspects of the Bulmers Live Sponsorship of the Tall Ships Dublin Festival 2012 (€500k sponsorship property) – to 1.15m people over 4 days.Gained wider distribution of beer brands, and increased Becks Vier ROS in outlets by +25%.
