Capability Manager - Learning Consulting (Talent And Planning)
CurrentThe Capability Manager partners with Executives across designated portfolios to ensure the business has Technical, Core and Leadership capabilities essential to deliver business strategy and objectives. Core accountabilities include: • Delivering leading edge consulting service across all aspects of Learning and Development (L&D) and initiatives driven by People Experience (HR). • Identifying the required capabilities to support my portfolio, documenting a clear People Plan for executive endorsement. Involves supporting the development of capability needs for each distinctly unique client portfolio – Currently supporting Banking and Wealth, Customer Experience and Strategic Innovation. • Supporting the delivery of a range of L&D interventions that align with the development of capability in the business • Leveraging scale and efficiency as part of the newly developed centralised Learning model.
