The Capability Manager partners with Executives across designated portfolios to ensure the business has Technical, Core and Leadership capabilities essential to deliver business strategy and objectives. Core accountabilities include: • Delivering leading edge consulting service across all aspects of Learning and Development (L&D) and initiatives driven by People Experience (HR). • Identifying the required capabilities to support my portfolio, documenting a clear People Plan for executive endorsement. Involves supporting the development of capability needs for each distinctly unique client portfolio – Currently supporting Banking and Wealth, Customer Experience and Strategic Innovation. • Supporting the delivery of a range of L&D interventions that align with the development of capability in the business • Leveraging scale and efficiency as part of the newly developed centralised Learning model.
