The Property Software Group is now part of ZooplaMy roles and responsibilities over the years include:• Working in a call centre environment dealing with the escalated (second line/advanced) support calls until completion.• Answering and making support calls when required• Monitoring and responding to emails and voicemails• Liaising with other team members to resolve issues and training colleagues• Remotely connecting to client’s PC’s to resolve issues• Restoring customer’s data to my PC to help resolve software problems• Assisting colleagues to improve their knowledge and help with anything they need.• Supporting a large customer base using MS Access and SQL databases• Using and creating SQL queries to help resolve support issues• Using SQL to create reports for customers within their databases.• Dealing with customer complaints• Created and kept up to date a knowledge base of issues to help others in the department.• Managing a team including allowing holiday, conducting appraisals, team meetings and arranging and carrying out training.• Testing and doing QA work on new versions (acceptance testing) and products and liaising with the development team.• Working with beta customers to test new versions of the software and feeding back any problems to the development team.• Managing the roll out project of new updates to customers including creating shared Google sheets to help keep the support and development teams up to date.
