Currently I am a production Quality Technician, I have held this job role for over 4 years, I was also a production operative for 3 years prior.I’m currently studying a level 4 NVQ Quality Practitioner qualification.I also have an extended Level 3 betec in engineering as well as a level 3 NVQ in Composite Engineering.In the last 6 years I have lead multiple repair teams, including quality management, resource management and repair method planning.I have completed many technical repairs following design drawings, these include large 100+ layer laminate repairs, bond-line, lighting system and surface repairs.I’m highly experienced in grinding repairs as well as wet lay and infusion repairs of all sizes.I have designed many repair methods that have been approved through independent external sources for repairs, as well as process improvements for general production of blades.
