I have over 25 years of financial services executive recruiting experience, of which the last 20 have been exclusively focused on investment and wealth management. Prior to joining David Barrett Partners, which merged with Braddock Matthews in April 2024, I helped build the investment management practice at Odgers Berndtson. Previously I spent nearly 9 years with Spencer Stuart as a member of their Global Asset and Wealth Management Practice working with traditional and alternative investment organizations. My client and candidate coverage has spanned the UK, Continental Europe and the Middle East where I have completed senior searches in sales, marketing and client relationship management as well as in investment research and portfolio management. In addition, I have been responsible for a range of general management and functional appointments within finance, operations, human resources and risk.
