Marcus Hans is managing director of Structural Materials Laboratory at RWTH Aachen University, Germany, group leader of Atom Probe Tomography at Materials Chemistry, RWTH Aachen University and visiting scientist at the Tandem Laboratory of Uppsala University, Sweden. He received his Dr.-Ing. degree in 2017 from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at RWTH Aachen University. His research is focused on the stability of vapor-deposited thin films and he has a strong interest in the accuracy and precision of chemical composition measurements.
