• Maintain knowledge and inventory of spare IT/Networking equipment using Oracle NetSuite 5 days a week.
• Assist with and shadow service desk in ticket management, including minor repair and/or diagnostics of spare IT parts, mainly routers and switches.
• Coordinate with team members, virtually or in person, to aid in solving incidents revolving around disaster recovery and/or a service call.
• Coordination with Value Chain Administrator and Global Service Desk division for parts needed for a call in a timely and consistent manner.
• Source and communicate with service partners (SeP) and logistics in addition to keeping a good working relationship with them.
• Learn about the functionality of IT hardware in my spare time.
