Endeavour Foundation is a support based company assisting with the needs of customers with a disability.Duties included:· Supporting customers into the community to access any aspects of their needs.· Supporting customers in their home, to ensure they are able to meet their required outcomes in life from Personal hygiene to cooking meals for themselves.· Assisting with Medications.Achievements:· After working for a company as a manger for a long period of time I felt this has helped me step back and again understand what it is to be a staff member and not the boss. Although this has nothing to do with the actual job. It has been very rewarding to remind myself of this.

Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is the Largest Pathology Company in QLD and is owned by the multinational company Sonic Healthcare. As the Area Manager, I am responsible for supervision and management of all facets of Pathology Collection within the Brisbane Private Hospital setting.Duties include:· Management – Supervision of up to 100 full time, part time and casual staff across 14 sites. Staff recruitment.· Rostering and training of staff as required. Livestock product manufacturingSummary of role:As a leading hand, I was required to keep the shift running smoothly and to ensure the competent production of products.Duties include:· Managing a small team of staff.· Troubleshooting mechanical failures in new products.· Research and Development of new products· Full understanding of all safety and WH&S requirements.· Onsite fitting and repairs.· Manufacture of steel Cattle products(Cattle crush, Calf Race etc) using Mig, Oxy, Tig and Plasma cutters.

Summary of role:Redcliffe Car Sales at the time was a small yard with Approx 30-40cars and a turnover of approx 25 Vehicle per month. As the manager, I was responsible for the daily running of the workshop. Duties include:· Maintenance and service of all vehicles.· Maintenance of fixed plant machinery.· Repairs to vehicles, from mechanical to rust prevention and repair.· Understanding of policies that have direct reference to the job at hand, such as; WH&S.· Customer sales, billing, invoicing, scheduled maintenance.Achievements:· Was to maintain a workshop that ran smoothly and to facilitate timely output and quality workmanship.
