I first started here on the Production line making the product - Cable Management/Protection working 4 days 12 hour shifts. I was then offered a job in the Warehouse 8:45 hour shifts over 5 days where 8 have been for the longest period of time at this company. Whilst being in the Warehouse i have again learnt a range of skills across the company, moving into Assembly - Assembling Fittings for a few months which gave me a complete understanding of everything the company makes from scratch to then go on to ship these products to our customers across the UK and Exporting them over sea using all types of packing spec/paperwork inclueded. Whilst being in the Warehouse I also went to manage the Goods In department where i would inspect all goods coming onsite to all departments booking them in before invoicing them off. This also included QC checking returned products and sending the right information back to our sales team and customers. I then was asked to start up a new business for the company in which i had to map out a section of the Warehouse for this company to be built with enough room to grow and a very simple structure that would be easy to adapt to, which is where i started the control everything this new business now does. This then lead me to control this area ensuring everything was 'spot on' to ensure a perfect reputation for our customers before massivly expanding. This is my area still to today but i now work a 12 hour shift on nights. This job has given me alot of chances to grow and i have taken as man as possible, now being able to go into almost all areas of the business with knowledge and experience in all departments.

Started on the bar - Making cocktails, placing orders and other beverages. Then moved to the track - Maintaing the grounds, assisting kenalhands and any maintainace issues with the hare/bollards. Then became cellar trained - Changing barrels, cleaning pipes and stock management. Finally, became trained to drive the hare - Drove the hare for Time Trials, weekend events and Sky Shows. As i was only there a short amount of time i tryed to become as skilled as possible and learn every job i could befor i was made redundant as the place had to close
