Land Equity Legal does mining, property, native title, cultural heritage, commercial/corporate, environmental and employment/WHS law work. We work primarily with resources companies, native title holder corporations and local government. Our main job is helping to enable sharing of land access through agreement making. We work extensively with Boards on governance, corporate compliance and risk management. Marcus Holmes is a director and company secretary on arts organisation, Fremantle Biennale Inc. He is on the organisation's Strategy, Governance and Risk committee. He is consultant general counsel for a native title PBC. Marcus is a member of the WA branch of the Energy & Resources Law Association committee and a strata company board member.

Established and led a national native title practice group with staff in each Australian office.
