Started in the steel industry in 2013 as a workshop assistant, which involved general duties such as, cleaning steel, getting products ready for dispatch, delivery driving, fettling steel.In 2015 started TIG and MIG fabrication, fabricating a wide range of products, such degreasing equipment, machines for factories, channeling, fabricated structural steel and much more.In 2019 became a structural design draughtsman using Tekla software. Designing buildings from the foundations to the finished product, whilst working with architects, structural engineers, customers, suppliers and steel erectors. Creating fabrication drawings, ordering materials to the workshop or to site. In 2023 I co-founded a business called A M Steel Buildings Ltd, that designs, supplies and installs steel frames buildings throughout the UK. Always listens to the needs of others and looking to better myself and others.
