Leading the Global Address Management Digitalisation program, I am responsible for delivering the Global solution for Address Management in DHL. This includes projects to deliver API gateway for deriving of address location for any given address, API gateway for address autocomplete to prefill and validate addresses, and an address cleansing UI. The APIs are later integrated with various DHL internal application. Eventually to help standardize the way addresses are captured and also locate a delivery location of a shipment the moment it enters into DHL network. My stakeholders include Operations and various eCom applications, and I have to gather requirements.I am also responsible to drive innovative address solutions with address vendors including Google, what3words (www.what3words.com), HERE (https://here.com).
