• Provide testing for Finance Charges, APR Under/Over Disclosures and APR Re-Calculation.
• Audit all pertinent documents, ie. Appraisals, Underwriting Decisions, Loan Applications, Income and Asset documentation.

• Treasury and Securities Client Service Officer. Responsible for various client service, relationship management and operational control activities for a broad spectrum of Treasury clients, mostly in the top revenue.
• Handle all transactional and/or maintenance calls and emails by maintaining a thorough knowledge of the policies and procedures and all systems in order to assist the client and manage escalated issues
