In January of 2007 shifted from WIC to InterCall as a Systems Engineer and moved to IS Manager in June of 2007. Areas of focus are support of the legacy IVR conferencing application, operational duties and MIS role in support of account management, number management and billing processes for the IICP platform.

Started in the Interactive Division as a Applications Development Programmer working for Rolf Cook. Core focus was on writing interactive applications on WIC's IVR's, file manipulation, reports and script writing. Promoted to Senior in 1996 and eventually IS Manager in 1998. During that time my core clients where Twentry First Century, Cricket and Integrated Telemedia, Inc.. January of 2005 I moved to a Systems Engineer position under Myron Sojka, supporting InterCall's IVR based conferencing product called (IICP).

I actually worked for TMI/TAG in Lincoln, NE which has since been acquired by Perot Systems in 2005.I started on as a part time third shift computer operator. Eventually went full time and over the course of time moved from third to second to day shift. Drawing a blank for a last name, but worked for Michelle in operations.Pretty simple job. Responsible for mounting tapes for jobs running on the system, and emptying the print queue, collating the output and delivering it to the appropriate desitination.

Worked in Computer Services for Duane Hess. I had exposure to just about everything they had there at the time. - Networking (both hardware and software) - Software (Mostly PC based/Some Networking) - Hardware (Network/PC/Terminals/Printers/Other Peripherals) - Most network cables were custom made, I learned how to terminate a number of different types of cables including RJ45/11, token ring, bnc, coax and fiber optic. Nothing better then crimping hundred of pins on wires and then inserting them into hundreds of db25 connectors. - Getting dirty.Honestly, this job was possibly the most fun I've ever had working and getting paid to do it.
