As the Regional Sales Director, I assist with the development and implementation of a national lead generation plan in an effort to meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual lead generation targets. I participate in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development exercises with the sales team to determine essential strategic approaches for sales and marketing efforts. I attend weekly sales meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts and report on market situations to more effectively develop and close sales targets.

As a real estate sales agent with Andrew J. Bone Real Estate Group, I serve as a helping hand to first time home buyers and those looking for their next home. I initiate sales and marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings and face-to-face meetings, designed to identify and engage prospective new customers. I meet with clients to assess their property needs and generate lists of properties that meet the buyers' needs and financial resources and act as an intermediary for discussions between buyers and sellers. Additionally, I advertise sales of properties using various mediums such as open houses, multiple listing services, and networking. Lastly, I create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements to move the seller/buyer forward in their transaction and pursuit of happy home buying/selling.

Primarily I served as the Commissioner’s assistant and adviser on issues that come before the Jefferson County Commission. Additionally, I managed relationships with local media, mayors and legislators, and assisted in managing the Commissioner’s office.

I joined Riley & Jackson after Congressman Griffith was defeated in the June 2010 primary. There I served on many campaigns throughout Jefferson County including Commissioner Joe Knight, District Attorney Brandon Falls, and Sheriff Mike Hale.

I joined Congressman Griffith’s staff shortly after he joined the Republican conference in January 2010. Primarily, I constructed, implemented, and executed the legislative strategy for the Congressman, advised him on all legislative issues that came before the Congress, and managed his work on the Energy and Commerce committee. Within the committee, I focused on issues related to telecommunications and strategically built relationships with committee staff. Furthermore, I developed and enforced office policies and procedures.

I returned to Capitol Hill in July 2008 as a Staff Assistant and was later promoted to Legislative Assistant in the office of Congressman Bob Inglis. There I assisted in researching a variety of issues and attended committee briefings and key meetings with constituents on behalf of the Congressman. Furthermore, I worked closely with the Deputy Chief of Staff to ensure that position statements illustrated the Congressman’s position on all legislative issues.

I transferred to the Executive Branch in October 2007 to serve in the Office of Political Affairs. While there, I planned and maintained the Deputy Director’s daily schedule, vetted and briefed the Deputy Director on potential or proposed political appointments. I was responsible for drafting weekly briefs for twenty-four White House Liaisons highlighting White House initiatives. Additionally, I served as an administrative liaison for the Office of Political Affairs and participated in weekly briefings on White House Initiatives.

In September of 2006, I was hired as the Executive Assistant to Congressman Bob Inglis. In this role, I planned and maintained the Congressman’s daily schedule; including meetings in both DC and SC. I successfully managed logistics pertaining to the travel for both the Congressman and his staff ensuring timely arrival at required engagements. I participated in the management of the Congressman’s office budget of approximately $1.3 million by working closely with his Chief of Staff. Additionally, I coordinated and supervised the Congressional intern program.
