As an intern at eHealth NSW, I worked within the Ministry of Health Digital Leadership Services Team which acts as the conduit between eHealth and the NSW Ministry of Health. During the 12-month internship I was directly attached to the Ministry of Health Operational Reform Program – $2 million (AUD), multi-year business transformation program to uplift operational & service maturity; in which I lead and supported several initiatives.

During my time at BlueFit Swimming I worked in a number of roles all centred around the delivery of the Swim School program. I was responsible for coordination of the instructing team on a given day of lessons, conducting staff development sessions, liaising with parents/guardians about progression, and performing class scheduling and customer profile management. Additionally as a teacher I provided tailored swimming lessons to students of diverse abilities practicing inclusive teaching practices.
